  2. Open your Journal & Type today's date
  3. Respond to this:  Rant or Rave today!!
  4. Log into MOBY- Complete the 2 Lessons Tests today that were assigned to you "Commas with Adjectives"---
  5. Look at the M-Step Prompt below---Construct a simple 5-6 sentence Paragraph---be prepared to share this paragraph with Mrs. Bearden on Wednesday/Thurs--Create this on a new Google Doc

Wednesday/Thursday
  1. Open your Journal & Type today's date
  2. Respond to this:  If given the choice for next year, and you had to commit for the entire year, would you choose to be a virtual student for the entire year or be a face to face learner for the year? Explain the reasoning behind your choice and why you think you would choose this option. (Remember---your choice would be for the entire school year---there would not be an option for changing your mind part way through!)
  3. Pick up a M-Step Skill Builder from the front of the room--complete the 2 sample questions (We will correct them at the end of the hour--it is your ticket out the door)  Online students---I will put something in Google Classroom tomorrow for you!--Check there tomorrow for your sample M-Step Practice items!
  4. Log into MOBY- Complete the 2 Lessons today that were assigned to you "Commas with Adjectives"---you can have them reset so you can get 100% and an opportunity to learn --so you can do well on the Test Lesson on Friday!
  5. We will finish reading Tales today of people in class that need to do this!  Anyone at home who has not done this will be expected to complete this when they return!

  5. Log into MOBY--A skill level Test has been set for you personally today---please use the ORANGE TEST icon in the very bottom row to access the "TEST" that has been set for you today!
  6. Continue Reading Tales to Class today.

  3. Respond to this:  What if you were named principal for the week?  What would you do? 
  4. Log into MOBY--Complete Misplaced and Dangling Modifier TEST today!  Please ask for resets I would like to give you 100%!
  5. READ some more Personal Tales Today

  2. Type Today's Date
  3. Respond to this:  Tell me about the most frustrating part of your 7th Grade year this year. 
  4. Moby Time--Modifiers and Their Targets---There are 5 lessons this week to complete---work to get the last 2 done today! If your over all score is less than 70% ask for some to be reset!  It would be ideal to get 100% for your lessons this week so you can do better on the test portion on Friday!
  5. Read 5 Fairy Tales---Take Class notes--Documents are located in Google Classroom for completing this part of the assignment

  4. Respond to this:  Free Write!  Rant or Rave today about anything you choose!
  5. Moby Time--Modifiers and Their Targets---There are 5 lessons this week to complete---work to get 3 done today!
  6. Read 3 Fairy Tales---Take Class notes--Documents are located in Google Classroom for completing this part of the assignment

Friday:
  1. Open your  Journal Entries
  2. Type today's Date
  3. Respond to this: Tell me about your personal goals for this last 9 weeks of your 7th Grade year!  Be specific about things you want to improve and change, as well as things you have learned to do well over the course of this year!
  4. MOBY TIME---You have a "Test" set today over the Types of Sentences you have been working on today---do your best---let's see how you do!
  5. Share your Tale with someone---read it out loud to them---and have them do the same!---Share thoughts and give ideas if they need to make some changes----can you identify the "Lesson" to be learned from their tale?  Offer suggestions if needed!
  6. FINISH YOUR ROUGH DRAFT FOR YOUR TALE!  It must be typed and ready to go for next week!
